Ronald W. Crosby is President and Chief Executive Officer of Wynn-Crosby. Mr. Crosby previously founded and operated Wynn-Crosby Energy, Inc. and has served in various positions with Exxon Corporation USA, Netherland, Sewell & Associates, Inc. (“NSAI”), and Headington Oil Company. Mr. Crosby has both a Bachelors of Science degree and a Masters of Science degree from the Stanford University School of Engineering.
Dan Koontz serves as Vice President of Land and Business Development of Wynn-Crosby. Mr. Koontz has over 25 years of industry experience in land management and business development roles with Arena Energy, Santa-Fe Snyder Corporation, Snyder Oil, British Borneo, and Exxon. Prior to joining Exxon, Mr. Koontz practiced commercial law in West Texas. Mr. Koontz has a Bachelor of Science in business administration from Lubbock Christian University, and a law degree from Texas Tech.
Dick Sundstrom currently serves as Vice President and CFO of Wynn-Crosby. Mr. Sundstrom is responsible for all financial and accounting operations as well as oversight of IT, human resources and administration operations. Mr. Sundstrom has extensive experience with property acquisitions and has more than 30 years of industry experience. In addition to his CPA certificate, Mr. Sundstrom has a Bachelors of Business Administration degree from the University of Texas at Arlington. Prior to joining Wynn-Crosby, Mr. Sundstrom served in various capacities at Bridge Oil (U.S.A.) Inc. and several other industry companies.
C. Dale Nabors currently serves as Geological and Geophysical Manager of Wynn-Crosby. Mr. Nabors has more than 30 years experience specializing in Geology and Geophysics in the Central US and Gulf Coast Region. Mr. Nabors has a Bachelors of Science degree in Geology from Midwestern State University. Mr. Nabors served as a Senior Geologist for Wynn-Crosby from 1998 to 2005 and rejoined Wynn-Crosby in 2008 as the Geological and Geophysical Manager. Prior to joining Wynn-Crosby, Mr. Nabors served as a Senior Geologist for Petrohawk Energy Corporation, Maguire Oil Company and Kadane O&G.
Jim Andress currently serves as a consulting engineering at Wynn-Crosby. Mr. Andress has more than 30 years experience and expertise in reserve and economic appraisal of properties and prospects, field studies for enhancement of reserves and production volumes, petro-physical analysis, and evaluation of property acquisition opportunities. Mr. Andress’ activities have involved most major oil and gas basins in the US both on and offshore. Mr. Andress has a Bachelor of Science in Petroleum and Natural Gas Engineering from The Pennsylvania State University. Prior to joining Wynn-Crosby, Mr. Andress worked in many engineering capacities for Petrohawk Energy Corp., AmBrit Energy Corp., Buttes Resources Company, Hudson Resources/Western Natural Gas Co., and Texas Pacific Oil Company.
